SPR Events full planning package allows the couple to fully enjoy the wedding planning process knowing that they have someone on their side every step of the way. From engagement to “I Do”, the couple can be as involved as they’d like, or they can show up the day of and be surprised!
Working with the couple, their SPR Events planner, creates a meticulously detailed wedding. Covering all aspects of the wedding day such as flow, ambiance, and decor elements like florals, rentals, invitation suites and stationery, place settings, and much more. By providing the couple with sketches, design boards, layouts of all the spaces, color swatches, a master flow chart & more, the couple gets a taste of what every element of their wedding day will look like long before their day arrives.
SPR Events becomes the go-between for the couple with their chosen vendors, so the couple is only involved in what they would like to be involved in and not the behind-the-scene stresses that come with planning a wedding. And as an added bonus, the bride will be assigned a personal assistant to help her with whatever tasks are needed the day before and day of the wedding.
If you want to transform your spaces, and/or want a wedding where guests experience nothing like they’ve ever experienced before, this is it. This package does require a minimum wedding budget book, and most couples spend an average of $75,000 on their wedding day. We have set this requirement in place so that we can ensure you receive the absolute best for your special day. We only take on one client per month for this package, to allow us to devote our full attention to you in the days leading up to, and following your big day.
Pricing for this package is quoted only after an in-depth consultation has taken place, and we’ve made sure we’re the best fit for each other. Fees quoted for this package are based on your specific wedding goals, travel and logistics required to execute your vision.
SPR Events partial planning package provides the couple with a start-to-finish actionable plan that tells them what is required to plan their wedding, and when they should expect to complete that task. Starting at the time of booking, the couple and their SPR Events planner will discuss their overall vision and dreams for their wedding, plan out their budget, discuss vendors who fit within the expected budget, and schedule meetings with those vendors.
The planner will then attend 5 vendor meetings (usually caterer, florist, photographer, DJ/band and rentals) with the client, and help them select the packages that fit the best based on the couple’s style and budget.
The couple then works through other, minor planning details on their own, but has access to their planner by email or phone throughout planning process, during business hours.
This package ultimately kicks in around 90 days prior to the wedding date when the first of 2 in-person 2-hour meetings are scheduled. Approximately 45 days prior to the wedding date, a final walk-through at the venue is scheduled, and at 30 days prior the couple and their planner build their wedding day timeline and floor plan. At the 30 day mark, the planner becomes the point person for all vendors hired through the wedding day, and all wedding details are finalized.
On the wedding day your planner and 3 assistants ensure that all of the details are properly executed and that your day is coordinated to provide a stress-free and memorable day for you.
Our event management package is sometimes referred to as “day-of coordination” or “month of coordination”. At SPR Events, we believe that the earlier we begin working with a couple to piece together all details of their specific wedding day, the more stress-free the final weeks leading up to their wedding will be, and the more seamlessly the entire event comes together.
Beginning 45 days prior to the wedding date, the couple and their lead planner will sit down and go through all of the details of their wedding that have been booked, and ensure there are no pieces missing from their plan. Together they’ll create a game plan for the final days leading up to the wedding, and will then schedule the next three meetings with their planner.
Around the 30 day mark the team works to begin building the timeline for their event, and ensures that all packages booked are scheduled appropriately, and for the correct number of hours required to cover the length of the couple’s wedding day. Once completed, the timeline is then sent to all vendors involved for their input and feedback and changes are made as requested. Also at the 30 day mark, the couple and their lead planner meet for 2 hours to finalize their floor plan and discuss the overall vision and plan for the setup and decor for the wedding. The lead planner will make suggestions as to any changes that may need to be made so that the event flows more smoothly.
Once all feedback has been received from all vendors involved, and the lead planner has a firm understanding of the clients’ wishes, they all sit down for one final meeting where every detail is finalized and relayed to all vendors. At this meeting the final timeline is delivered to all vendors involved. From this final meeting until the day of the wedding, the lead planner is available to the client by email or text message during business hours, to answer any questions that may arise.
The lead planner runs the rehearsal and the wedding day based on the finalized plan. This package includes the lead planner and two wedding-day assistants. The assistants are provided detailed setup notes, with which they use to set up the couple’s personal decor and oversee the setup of all rentals and rented decor items. Based on the complexity of the setup, and amount of decor additional assistants or the rental of a van may be necessary, and are bill separately on an as-needed basis.
